No air conditioning in the rooms is a nightmare during hot weather!!! Noise issues from outside and neighboring rooms prevent any restful sleep, creating a frustrating experience that needs immediate attention. The elevator is embarrassingly small and inconvenient for families traveling with luggage!!!

Perfect spot to explore!
We spent 3 nights in a Superior Triple Room and loved it! The location was perfect, super close to Old Town, so we walked everywhere! The breakfast was a nice surprise with tons of options, and the staff were super chill and helpful. One night, we heard loud noises from outside that woke us, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
